Our first festival is built on people who show up. Whether you have a couple of hours or a whole day, there's a role for you — and every hour helps local veterans and families.
Thursday, Dec 3 — all day: festival setup and Tree Partner tree setup.
Friday, Dec 4 — 8am–12pm: more setup and tree placement.
Saturday, Dec 5 — crew call at 7am to finish setup and move trees; then the festival itself, and teardown afterward.
The day after, or Monday, Dec 7 — tree delivery to local families (date to be confirmed).
Setup Crew — help set up the festival and Tree Partner trees.
Tree Movers — carry and place trees inside the building (comfortable lifting required).
Parking & Welcome — guide guests, hand out North Pole Passports, keep the entrance flowing.
Station Hosts — help kids with their crafts and explain what each stop is for.
Messages of Hope — record short video well-wishes from guests for local veterans and for families served by the Nampa Family Justice Center.
Floaters — jump in wherever help is needed.
Teardown Crew — pack up after the festival.
Tree Delivery Crew — load box trucks and deliver trees to local families.
