This festival happens because local businesses and community members like these step up. Every tree, every gift, every bit of Christmas magic starts with them — thank you!
Platinum Community Host
Canyon County Fair has always focused on hosting community events that bring people together — and we're so excited for the opportunity to stay true to that spirit with the Warm Hearts Christmas Festival. As our Platinum Community Host Sponsor, they've generously provided a $4,050 in-kind contribution, including hosting us at The Center — a facility they opened in 2022 specifically to bring the community together for moments just like this. They've been absolutely amazing to work with, and just as excited about this festival as we are!
🎁 Donating products or supplies instead of cash? In-kind contributions are welcome at every level below — we'll place you at whichever tier is closest to the estimated value of your donation, with the same recognition as a cash sponsor at that level.
Presenting Sponsor
We are beyond grateful to Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 296 for stepping up as our Presenting Sponsor — the highest level of support for the Warm Hearts Christmas Festival! A huge thank-you to Ashley for getting this moving. Their generosity helps make this entire first-year festival possible, including our Adopt-a-Veteran Tree benefiting the Idaho State Veterans Home through our partnership with the Idaho Veterans Assistance League (IVAL). We are so honored to have them standing behind this community with us.
Gold Sponsors
🥂 Special thanks to Megan Hodgdon of Boise Beauty Boards — a Gold Sponsor through a generous in-kind gift! Megan is providing a beautiful grazing table at a discounted rate to help make some extra-special moments behind the scenes this season.
🎉 Special thanks to Eliza Montes of EZ Party Rentals and Events — a Gold Sponsor through a generous in-kind gift! They're providing the pipe and drape that will help bring the whole festival space to life.
🎨 Special thanks to My 2 Cents Design — a Gold Sponsor through a generous in-kind gift of their design time, putting together our North Pole Passport for the festival! We've worked with them on numerous projects, and they are truly the best of the best.
