$0 raised so far
💛 Thanks to Canyon County Fair's generous $4,050 in-kind contribution covering our venue, $3,300 is what it takes to hold the rest of the festival. Our full fundraising goal is $4,500–$5,000, covering added costs like venue draping and our Hot Chocolate Village. Anything raised beyond that goes toward contingency, community impact, and next year's Warm Hearts Christmas Festival — never profit.
After you submit your sponsor application, you'll receive an invoice by email for the level you selected, with your level's benefits and payment details. Payment can be made either way:

This is more than advertising. It is an opportunity to show the community what your business stands for while helping create a meaningful Christmas experience for local families and veterans.
A Note on Placement: Sponsorship recognition and placement are based on your selected level and remain subject to the final venue layout, printing deadlines, and event requirements.
And because a little friendly Christmas competition makes everything more fun... there are bragging rights on the line! 🎄🏆
Every Decorate & Donate Tree Partner brings their personality, creativity, and Christmas spirit to the Tree Forest.
Throughout the festival, the community will vote for their favorite decorated tree, and one Tree Partner will be crowned our 2026 Christmas Tree Champion!
The winning business or organization will receive our traveling Christmas Festival Trophy to proudly display for the entire 2027 year, until it's time to bring it back for next year's festival!
That means a full year of: BRAGGING RIGHTS. 😂🎄🏆
Display it in your office. Put it in your social media posts. Take pictures with it. And, of course, remind the competition every chance you get that YOUR TREE WON!
When next year's Christmas Festival rolls around, the trophy comes back and goes up for grabs again. The reigning champion can try to defend their title while everyone else tries to take it home!
Go elegant. Go hilarious. Go completely over-the-top. Make people stop. Make them smile. Make them remember your tree.
Because the community isn't just coming to see the trees... They're choosing the champion. 🏆
While the competition makes it fun, the heart behind it remains the same: bringing our community together, creating an unforgettable Christmas experience, and using the festival to serve and support the organizations at the center of our mission.
